Location: The Plant Room at Manchester's Freight Island

Bring the essence of South Indian cuisine to your home kitchen! Learn to prepare traditional dishes like stuffed idlis, Uttapam, flavourful Sambar and aromatic coconut chutney. All ingredients and recipes provided. During the evening you’ll enjoy the food you’ve prepared together and take any leftovers home with you.
